Your role at a glance

As a Logistics & Administrative Coordinator, you are the central link between order processing, logistics planning and administration. Your tasks are diverse but focused: you work in a structured, process-driven and step-by-step manner.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Administration & order processing (core of the role)

Preparing quotations (with a focus on logistics);

Processing and checking purchase and sales invoices;

Checking transport invoices and identifying discrepancies;

Ensuring accurate administrative recording in our systems.

2. Logistics coordination & planning

Coordinating with carriers and planning transport throughout Europe;

Logistics planning of import shipments;

Monitoring stock levels and registering incoming goods;

Tracking shipments and proactively responding to questions or delays.

3. Operational support (supporting tasks)

Contact with customers regarding deliveries and collecting feedback;

Supporting packing and preparing orders for shipment;

Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and working methods.

Who are we looking for?

MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working;

Affinity with logistics, administration, process-driven work and the sports industry (athletics & fitness);

Experience in an administrative, logistics or back-office role is a plus;

You work accurately and maintain overview, even when multiple matters occur simultaneously;

Good command of Microsoft Office, Copilot and CMR / ERP systems, preferably Microsoft-based;

Good command of Dutch, German and English;

You are proactive, communicatively strong and solution-oriented.
