Sittard 17-1-2024 – Over the past weekend, AV Unitas hosted the ESSX 4 ALL pole vaulting event, featuring athletes from the world of athletics in Sittard (NED). Despite some top athletes being unable to attend, the event was a resounding success, thanks in part to the additional lighting and the atmospheric setup of the venue, including a bar next to the track, allowing the audience to be up close to the action. The pole vaulting competitions on Friday, January 12, and Saturday, January 13, showcased many athletes (77), who mesmerized the audience with their performances. Despite a few top athletes being absent, it was an awe-inspiring spectacle.

What truly set the event apart was the addition of extra lighting and the thoughtful setup of the venue. The hall was transformed into a captivating environment, featuring a bar next to the track, enabling the audience to closely follow the action. The additional lighting contributed to the magical atmosphere and heightened the intensity of the competitions. The event’s organizing committee, did an excellent job with a well-organized competition. The atmospheric setup and decoration of the venue were made possible through careful preparation. Both on Friday and Saturday, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, resulting in a successful event.

The enthusiastic volunteers played a crucial role in creating a pleasant atmosphere. Their dedication and efforts contributed to the success of the event. Guests showered the event with praise. Even those who were not seasoned athletics enthusiasts were impressed by the athletes and the created atmosphere.
