Outlet Rules
- Shipping starts in Week 30. Poles will be sent out starting then – thanks for your patience!
- You’ll receive a quote right after your request from poles out of our ESSX outlet. This quote includes the shipping costs we calculate for you (unless you’re picking it up). Please keep in mind: shipping costs are added by us. You have 24 hours to confirm. No reply = pole goes back in the outlet.
- First come, first served. We update the ESSX outlet once per day, so it’s possible someone else requested the same pole just before you. If so, we might have to say no.
- No stock? Check again later. Unconfirmed poles sometimes return to the list.
- Let us know where it should go. So we can send the correct invoice. Only after payment (within 48h) is the pole officially yours.
